PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat blower device capable of reducing the electric power consumption of a blower device while retaining the comfort of a seater.SOLUTION: A seat blower device comprises a blower device, a seat pad, a skin 6, and a plurality of ventilation amount variable parts 100 disposed on the skin. The ventilation amount variable parts 100 are constructed of: a penetration part 101 extending through from the surface of the skin 6 to the rear face, or the face on a seat pad side; and a peripheral edge part 102 or a portion enclosing the penetration part 101 in the skin 6. The ventilation amount variable parts 100 are formed in the region in the skin 6 and against the ventilation hole. Opposition portions 102a and 102b of the peripheral edge part 102 opposing across the penetration part 101 contact each other in the non-load state, in which no load is applied to the peripheral edge part 102. The peripheral edge part 102 is so elastically deformed, when a load is applied thereto, as to move downward, and the opposition portions 102a and 102b contacting in a no load state leave each other.     【課題】着座者の快適性を確保しつつ送風装置の消費電力低減が可能なシート送風装置を提供する。【解決手段】シート送風装置は、送風装置と、シートパッドと、表皮6と、表皮に設けられた複数の通気量可変部100とを備える。通気量可変部100は、表皮6を表面からシートパッド側の面である裏面に貫通する貫通部101と、表皮6における貫通部101を囲む部分である周縁部102によって構成される。通気量可変部100は、表皮6における、通風孔に対向する領域に形成される。周縁部102の、貫通部101を挟んで向かい合う対向部位102a、102bは、周縁部102に荷重が付与されていない非荷重状態において接触している。周縁部102は、荷重が付与されると下方へ移動するように弾性変形し、非荷重状態において接触していた対向部位102a、102bは離間する。これにより貫通部101は開口となり送風空気が通過可能となる。【選択図】図4
