PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance a vehicle attitude control.SOLUTION: A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control device comprises: hydraulic pressure control means 170 which can execute a restriction processing for restricting a higher μ side hydraulic pressure so as to make a differential pressure between the higher μ side hydraulic pressure and a lower μ side hydraulic pressure not to exceed a predetermined allowable differential pressure, on the condition that a vehicle is traveling on a split road; and vehicle condition determination means 160 for determining an unstable condition of the vehicle. The hydraulic pressure control means 170 executes: a first control for determining the allowable differential pressure using a first method during a predetermined time period from a determination of the split road; a second control for determining the allowable differential pressure using a second method after the predetermined time period; and a third control which starts on the condition that an ABS control has started for the higher μ side wheel during the second control, the allowable differential pressure has become a first threshold value or greater, or a steering angle of a steering has become a second threshold value or greater; and reduces a pressure of the higher μ side hydraulic pressure when the vehicle is determined to be unstable during the third control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】車両姿勢制御の更なる向上を図ることを目的とする。【解決手段】車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置は、スプリット路であることを条件として、低μ側液圧と高μ側液圧との差圧が許容差圧以下となるように高μ側液圧を制限する制限処理を実行可能な液圧制御手段170と、車両の不安定状態を判定する車両状態判定手段160を備える。液圧制御手段170は、スプリット路の判定から所定時間の間、第1の方法で許容差圧を決定する第1制御と、所定時間の後に第2の方法で許容差圧を決定する第2制御と、第2制御中において高μ輪に対してABS制御が開始されたこと、許容差圧が第1閾値以上になったこと、または、ステアリングの操舵角が第2閾値以上になったことを条件として開始される第3制御を実行し、第3制御中において、車両が不安定状態であると判定された場合に高μ側液圧を減圧する。【選択図】図3
