PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing assembly person-hours of a guide pin to a stopper, in a hydraulic master cylinder for arranging the guide pin between a retainer and the stopper and inserting-fitting a stopper side end part of the guide pin into-to a cylindrical part of the stopper, by providing a return spring between the retainer for abutting on a piston and the stopper for abutting on a wall part while having the cylindrical part in a central part.SOLUTION: A plurality of projection parts 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48 arranged at an interval in the axial direction so that a guide pin 36 can be inserted into a cylindrical part 35c in a natural state where external force exists in a nonaction state, are projected in an end part on the stopper 35 side of the guide pin 36, and a caulking processing part 39 formed by being compressed in the diametrical reduction direction so that residual projection parts 44-47 in the cylindrical part 35c are crushed in a state of projecting one projection part 48 from the cylindrical part 35c among these projection parts 44-48, is formed in the cylindrical part 35c so that the projection part 48 can be locked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ピストンに当接されるリテーナと、筒部を中央部に有しつつ壁部に当接されるストッパとの間に戻しばねが設けられ、ガイドピンがリテーナおよびストッパ間に配設され、ガイドピンのストッパ側の端部がストッパの筒部に挿通、係着される液圧マスタシリンダにおいて、ガイドピンのストッパへの組み付け工数の低下を図り、コスト低減を可能とする。【解決手段】ガイドピン36のストッパ35側の端部に、外力が非作用状態にある自然な状態での筒部35cに当該ガイドピン36を挿通させることを可能として軸方向に間隔をあけて配置される複数の突部44,45,46,47,48が突設され、それらの突部44〜48のうち1つの突部48が筒部35cから突出した状態で筒部35c内の残余の突部44〜47が潰れるように縮径方向に圧縮されて成るかしめ加工部39が、突部48を係止可能として筒部35cに形成される。【選択図】 図2
