PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection circuit that monitors a voltage variation at the time of supplying a power source to quickly detect a sign of abnormality such as deterioration or a failure of a power source element and the like.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection circuit 40 comprises: a timer 30 that starts incrementing a count value CNT when a voltage VNinput from the outside starts rising and executes the increment until the count value CNT reaches a predetermined count setting value CNT_MAX; and a comparator 20 that compares the voltage VNwith a predetermined threshold voltage Vth, sets counter output C1 to a first level when the voltage is equal to or higher than the threshold voltage, and sets the counter output C1 to a second level when the voltage is lower than the threshold voltage. The timer 30, when the count value CNT reaches the predetermined count setting value CNT_MAX, refers to the counter output C1 output from the comparator 20; and, when the counter output C1 is not the first level, determines that abnormality has occurred to execute countermeasure processing for the abnormal time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】電源供給時における電圧変化を監視し、電源素子などの劣化や故障等の異常の兆候をいち早く検知する異常検出回路を提供する。【解決手段】異常検出回路40は、外部から入力される電圧VN1が上昇を始めるとカウント値CNTのカウントアップを開始し、カウント値CNTが所定のカウント設定値CNT_MAXに達するまでカウントアップを実行するタイマ30と、電圧VN1と、所定の閾値電圧Vthとを比較し、電圧が閾値電圧以上であれば、カウンタ出力C1を第1のレベルに設定し、電圧が閾値電圧未満であれば、カウンタ出力C1を第2のレベルに設定するコンパレータ20とを備え、タイマ30は、カウント値CNTが所定のカウント設定値CNT_MAXに達すると、コンパレータ20から出力されるカウンタ出力C1を参照し、カウンタ出力C1が第1のレベルでない場合に異常が発生したと判断して異常時の対応処理を実行する。【選択図】図3
