PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that makes appropriate notification in accordance with reliability of information to be presented.SOLUTION: An automatization level determination unit 90 selects one automatization level out of automatization levels defined in a plurality of stages on the basis of the degree of bias of reliability that corresponds to each of multiple kinds of driving behavior that are the results of estimation using a driving behavior model. A generation unit 94 applies the multiple kinds of driving behavior to an output template that corresponds to the selected one automatization level among output templates each corresponding to the automatization levels defined in a plurality of stages, and thereby generates presentation information.
