PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Sm-(Fe,Cr,Si)-N-based permanent magnetic less in α-Fe phase and having high sinter density, a rotation electrical machinery and a vehicle.SOLUTION: The permanent magnetic is represented by RN(CrSiM), where R is at least one kind of element selected from a first group consisting of Y and rare earth elements, M is at least one kind of element selected from a second group consisting of Fe and Co, 0.5≤x≤2.0, 0.005≤p≤0.2, 0.005≤q≤0.2 and 4≤z≤13, has density of 6.5 g/cmor more and satisfies a relationship of I(110)/{I(110)+I(303)}≤0.05, where I(303) is diffraction peak intensity from a (303) surface of a ThZnphase by a powder X ray diffraction, I(110) is diffraction peak intensity from a (110) surface of an α-Fe phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明が解決しようとする課題は、α‐Fe相が少なく、高い焼結密度を有するSm‐(Fe,Cr,Si)‐N系の永久磁石、回転電機、および車両を提供することにある。【解決手段】本実施形態の永久磁石は、RNX(CrpSiqM1−p−q)Z(ただし、RはYおよび希土類元素からなる第1群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の元素、MはFeおよびCoからなる第2群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の元素、0.5≦x≦2.0、0.005≦p≦0.2、0.005≦q≦0.2、4≦z≦13である)で表され、密度が6.5g/cm3以上、粉末X線回折によるTh2Zn17相の(303)面からの回折ピーク強度をI(303)、α‐Fe相の(110)面からの回折ピーク強度をI(110)とするとき、I(110)/{I(110)+I(303)}≦0.05の関係を満たす。【選択図】図1
