PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stopper part from breaking and cracking.SOLUTION: An arm 24 of a door checker 20 is formed by covering a core grid 26 with a resin 28. A stopper part 24b of the arm 24 is formed so that an apical surface of the core grid 26 and two chamfered end faces (one of two chamfered end faces is a chamfered end face 26c) continuing from the apical surface is exposed. Thus residual stress at the resin 28 forming the stopper part 24b can be reduced and breaking and cracking of the stopper part 24b can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
