PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a baggage to which an RFID tag is not attached, and which is transported by a transport vehicle even when hydraulic information of a baggage gripping mechanism of the transport vehicle is not acquired.SOLUTION: A baggage control device determines whether a first ID transmitted by a first tag capable of receiving a reflection wave of a radio signal transmitted from a first antenna provided in a fork of a fork lift is detected by the first antenna based on receipt of a radio signal. When the baggage control device has detected the first ID, the baggage control device determines that a container to which a baggage tag is not attached is transported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】運搬車の荷物把持機構の油圧情報を得なくとも、運搬車が運搬するRFIDタグの取り付けられていない荷物を管理する。【解決手段】フォークリフトのフォークに設けられた第一アンテナから発信された無線信号の反射波を受信できる第一タグであって無線信号の受信に基づいて第一タグの発信した第一IDを、第一アンテナで検出したか否かを判定する。第一IDを検出した場合に荷物タグが取り付けられていないコンテナを運搬していると判定する。【選択図】図1
