PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of twisting due to a reaction force load input from a stabilizer link without reducing rigidity of a lower arm of a double wishbone type suspension device.SOLUTION: A lower arm 13 comprises: a substantially linear lateral arm 19 whose one end is connected to a vehicle body and the other end is connected to a knuckle 11; and a compression arm 20 whose one end is connected to the vehicle body and the other end is connected to an intermediate part of the lateral arm 19 in a vehicle width direction. Because the lateral arm is connected to a lower end of a stabilizer link 31 inside a hole part 19a opening on a top face, and the other end of the compression arm is connected to the lateral arm by bifurcated parts 20a, 20b that sandwich the hole part from inside and outside in the vehicle width direction, it is not only possible to prevent the lateral arm from being twisted due to a reaction force load input from the lower end of the stabilizer link, but also to ensure the rigidity of the lower arm by compensating rigidity reduction of the lateral arm due to the formation of the hole part with reinforcement by the bifurcated parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ダブルウィシュボーン型サスペンション装置のロアアームの剛性を低下させることなく、スタビライザリンクから入力する反力荷重によるこじりの発生を防止する。【解決手段】ロアアーム13は、一端が車体に連結されて他端がナックル11に連結される略直線状のラテラルアーム19と、一端が車体に連結されて他端がラテラルアーム19の車幅方向中間部に連結されるコンプレッションアーム20とを備え、ラテラルアームは上面に開口する孔部19aの内部でスタビライザリンク31の下端に連結され、コンプレッションアームの他端は孔部を車幅方向内外から挟む二股部20a,20bでラテラルアームに連結されるので、スタビライザリンクの下端から入力する反力荷重でラテラルアームがこじられるのを防止することができるだけでなく、孔部の形成によるラテラルアームの剛性低下を二股部による補強で補ってロアアームの剛性を確保することができる。【選択図】図1
