PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel attachment structure of a stabilizer bush which can stably exert a desired vibration-proof characteristic while improving durability without enlarging a size of the stabilizer bush as a whole with respect to the enlargement of a diameter of a stabilizer bar.SOLUTION: In an attachment structure 10 of a stabilizer bush, a stabilizer bar 14 comprises a small-diameter part 48 having tapered parts 52 which are gradually become large in diameters as progressing toward the outside of a longitudinal direction at both sides. Tapered internal peripheral faces 24 which gradually become large in diameters as progressing toward the outside of the longitudinal direction are formed at both-side portions of an inner hole 22 of the stabilizer bush 12 in the longitudinal direction. A clearance is formed between the tapered parts 52 and the tapered internal peripheral faces 24 in an externally-fit state to the stabilizer bush 14, and an internal peripheral face 25 of the inner hole 22 of the stabilizer bush 12 and an external peripheral face 53 of the stabilizer bar 14 are joined to each other by eliminating the clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】スタビライザバーの大径化に対してスタビライザブッシュ全体の大きさを大きくすることなく、耐久性の向上を図りつつ、所望の防振特性を安定して発揮することのできる、新規なスタビライザブッシュの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】スタビライザブッシュの取付構造10であって、スタビライザバー14が、長さ方向外方に向かって次第に大径となるテーパ部52を両側に有する小径部48を備えていると共に、スタビライザブッシュ12の内孔22の長さ方向両側部分には、長さ方向外方に向かって次第に大径となるテーパ状内周面24が設けられており、スタビライザバー14への外挿状態でテーパ部52とテーパ状内周面24との間には隙間が存在せしめられるようになっていると共に、隙間が消失されてスタビライザブッシュ12の内孔22の内周面25とスタビライザバー14の外周面53とが接着されている。【選択図】図3
