PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle panel structure that achieves both ensured rigidity and vibration attenuation performance.SOLUTION: A vehicle panel structure (1) has a plurality of panel members (2a, 2b) of synthetic resin, which are connected by a connection member (8) so as to be parallel to each other via a spaced separating part. Each panel member (2a, 2b) comprises: at least one fiber dense part (7a, 7b) arranged within a synthetic resin base material at a predetermined first fiber arrangement density in a straight form of predetermined width such that the reinforced fibers are straight continuous all the way from one end to the other end of the panel member (2a, 2b); and fiber coarse parts (6a to 6d) arranged within the synthetic resin base material at a second fiber arrangement density lower than the first fiber arrangement density, such that the reinforced fibers are straight continuous all the way from one end to the other end of the panel member in a plurality of directions in an area other than at least the fiber dense parts (7a, 7b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
