PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately represent an internal resistance state for the battery being electrically conducted.SOLUTION: A battery management system 100 comprises a battery information acquiring unit 103, a voltage calculating unit 104, a current fluctuation amount calculating unit 109, and a resistance correction amount calculating unit 111. The battery information acquiring unit 103 acquires a voltage value V of the storage battery 101 being electrically conducted. The voltage calculating unit 104 acquires a battery voltage prediction value Vof the storage battery 101 being electrically conducted in a method different from the battery information acquiring unit 103. The current fluctuation amount calculating unit 109 calculates a current fluctuation amount dI/dt per unit time of the storage battery 101. The resistance correction amount calculating unit 111 corrects an equivalent circuit model representing an internal state of the storage battery 101 including a DC resistance component Rand a polarization resistance component Ron the basis of the comparison results of voltage V and the battery voltage prediction value Vand current fluctuation amount dI/dt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
