PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a wiping speed without discomfort when a wiper arm is extended.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 58 rotates an output shaft of a second motor 12 such that a front passenger seat side wiper arm 35 is extended and contracted when a front passenger seat side wiper blade 36 performs a wiping operation between an upper inversion position P1P and a lower inversion position P2P due to the rotation of an output shaft of a first motor, and suppresses a rotation speed of the output shaft of the first motor 11 when a front passenger seat side wiper blade 36 performs a wiping operation between this side of the upper inversion position P1P and this side of the lower inversion position P2P more than the rotation speed of the output speed of the first motor 11 when the front passenger side wiper blade 36 respectively reaches this side of the upper inversion position P1P and this side of the lower inversion position P2P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
