PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel electric driving device which prevents enlargement of the size in a radial direction since an electric motor part is integrated with electronic control means with a redundant system in the electric driving device, and has a simple heat radiation structure by reducing the number of components as much as possible; and to provide an electric power steering device.SOLUTION: An electric driving device comprises: a motor housing 20 in which an electric motor is housed; a pair of support shafts 36 arranged facing each other extending in a rotary shaft direction on a side opposite to an output part of a rotary shaft of the electric motor, on an end surface of the motor housing on a side opposite to the output part; a heat radiation base body 23 arranged between the support shafts 36, and extending in the same direction as the support shafts 36; fixing bolts 41 screwed into the support shafts in a radial direction, and connecting the support shafts and the heat radiation base body; one electronic control means 24 with a redundant system having substrates arranged in a direction in which the heat radiation base body 23 extends, and fixed to the heat radiation base body in a heat conductive manner; and the other electronic control means 26 with a redundant system having substrates arranged in a direction in which the heat radiation base body extends, and fixed to the heat radiation base body in a heat conductive manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
