PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable and a wire harness capable of reducing aggravation of a working environment while keeping bending durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a cable 1 which has a paper tape 6 wound around the periphery of a plurality of wires and an outer skin 7 formed of an urethane resin covering the outer periphery of the paper tape 6, where air permeability resistance of the paper tape 6 by a Gurley test machine method is 5.0 sec/100 cc or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
