PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular automatic unlocking device that when a predetermined running stop state in which a user may get off occurs, monitors a suspicious person around a vehicle to enable automatic unlocking of a door of the vehicle after confirming the existence of no suspicious person.SOLUTION: A vehicular automatic unlocking device 1, when a predetermined running stop state occurs, uses a monitoring device 2 to monitor a suspicious person around a vehicle. Then, the vehicular automatic unlocking device unlocks a door of a vehicle C when no suspicious person is detected, and keeps the locked state of the door of the vehicle C when a suspicious person is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
