PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both transport capacity and usability for users having a prescribed attribute in the case of providing an elevator suitable to users having prescribed attributes such as being a physically handicapped person.SOLUTION: A control unit 11 of a group management control device 10 is configured to allocate a destination floor to one of a plurality of elevators 60 such that the occupancy rate of each elevator 60 from a specific floor at the time of departure is equal to or less than an occupancy rate upper limit. When physically handicapped person passage information indicating that a user indicated by user information is a physically handicapped person having a physically handicapped person attribute and that the person has passed a prescribed position is input, the control unit 11 lowers the occupancy rate upper limit of a physically handicapped person specific car to a second occupancy rate upper limit P2 smaller than the first occupancy rate upper limit P1 at a normal time for a prescribed period on the assumption that the physically handicapped person will ride the physically handicapped person specific car.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17

    【課題】身障者等の所定属性を有する利用者に適したエレベータを設けた場合において、輸送能力と、所定属性を有する利用者の乗車性とを両立する。【解決手段】群管理制御装置10の制御部11は、特定階からの各エレベータ60の出発時の乗車率が乗車率上限値以下となるように行先階を複数台のエレベータ60のうちのいずれかに割り当てるように構成されている。制御部11は、利用者情報が示す利用者が身障者属性を有する身障者でありかつ当該身障者が所定位置を通過したことを示す身障者通過情報が入力されたときは、身障者の身障者仕様号機への乗車を前提として、身障者仕様号機の乗車率上限値を、所定期間、通常時の第1の乗車率上限値P1よりも小さい第2の乗車率上限値P2に低下させる。【選択図】図17
