PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit noise caused by wind.SOLUTION: A cylindrical part is formed at a mirror base 10. An insertion hole 28a is formed at a lower part of a mirror head 20. An outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 15 has a first outer peripheral surface 15a and a second outer peripheral surface 15b located at a radial inner side of the cylindrical part 15 relative to the first outer peripheral surface 15a. The second outer peripheral surface 15b is formed so as to smoothly extend in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical part 15 and forms an introduction hole 40 for introducing wind into the mirror head 20 with an inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 28a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
