PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an energy density while ensuring safety property.SOLUTION: A cathode includes a first exposed surface in which a cathode active material layer is formed in one surface of a cathode collector, and the cathode active material layer is not formed in the other surface of the cathode collector in an outer peripheral part of a winding electrode. An anode includes a second exposed surface in which an anode active material layer is formed in one surface of an anode collector, and the anode active material layer is not formed in the other surface of the anode collector in the outer peripheral part of the winding electrode. The first and second exposed surfaces are opposite each other through a separator. The cathode includes a third exposed surface in which the cathode active material layer is not formed in at least one surface of the cathode collector in an inner peripheral part of the winding electrode. The anode includes a fourth exposed surface in which the anode active material layer is not formed in at least one surface of the anode collector in the inner peripheral part of the winding electrode.
