PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable internal satellite time to be corrected inside a satellite system with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An artificial satellite is provided with: a crystal oscillator for sending out a base clock; a GPS receiver for sending out a reference clock; an onboard computer for clocking an internal satellite time on the basis of the base clock or reference clock, and outputting the internal satellite time and an internal clock; clock correction data acquisition means for acquiring clock correction data for identifying a change in the base clock; an internal satellite apparatus; and a telemetry communication unit. The onboard computer monitors the soundness of the reference clock while having its internal clock synchronized with the reference clock, and periodically notifies the telemetry communication unit of the clock correction data while also outputting the internal satellite time and/or operation timing to the internal satellite apparatus, and further clocks the internal satellite time on the basis of the base clock and stops synchronization in a case of abnormality in the soundness of the reference clock, and outputs the internal satellite time and/or operation timing to the internal satellite apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】衛星システム内で衛星内部時刻を高い精度で補正可能にする。【解決手段】人工衛星に、基準クロックを送出する水晶発振器と、参照クロックを送出するGPS受信機と、基準クロック又は参照クロックに基づいて衛星内時刻を刻み、衛星内時刻と内部クロックとを出力するオンボードコンピュータと、基準クロックの変化を識別するクロック補正データを取得するクロック補正データ取得手段と、衛星内部機器と、テレメトリ通信部と、を設け、オンボードコンピュータは、参照クロックに内部クロックを同期処理させつつ、参照クロックの健全性を監視し、且つ衛星内時刻及び/又は動作タイミングを衛星内機器に出力しつつ、加えてクロック補正データを定期的にテレメトリ通信部に通知し、更に、参照クロックの健全性に異常があれば、基準クロックに基づいて衛星内時刻を刻むと共に同期処理を停止して、衛星内時刻及び/又は動作タイミングを衛星内機器に出力する。【選択図】図1
