PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically separate and connect a truck at a towing direction by an unmanned carrier.SOLUTION: A truck 10a has a connecting plate 30 at a front part below a cargo-loading platform bottom wall 12, and has a connection release member at a rear end. The connecting plate 30 is turnable around a shaft 32 at the rear end, and comprises a release part 35 at a front end, and the connection release member has a slope. A pin 4 of an unmanned carrier 1 is engaged with a slit which is formed at the connecting plate 30 in a fore-and-aft direction, and connected thereto. When the unmanned carrier 1 crawls into a lower part of a truck 10b which is in standby in the same form as the truck 10a, a round bar 38 of the release part 35 rides on a slope S of a connection release member 17 of the truck 10b, the connecting plate 30 is turned, the engagement of the slit and the pin 4 is released, and the connection is released. When the unmanned carrier 1 further progresses to a left direction, the pin 4 is engaged with a connecting plate of the truck 10b, and connected to the truck 10b, and a time of transportation work can be thereby shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】無人搬送車による牽引先において自動的に台車を切り離し/連結させる。【解決手段】台車10aは荷台底壁12下の前部に連結プレート30を有し、後端に連結解除部材を有する。連結プレート30は後端の軸32周りに回動可能で、前端にリリース部35を備え、連結解除部材は斜面を有する。連結プレート30に形成した前後方向のスリットに無人搬送車1のピン4が係合して連結する。牽引先において台車10aと同一構成で待機する台車10bの下に無人搬送車1が潜り込むと、リリース部35の丸棒38が台車10bの連結解除部材17の斜面Sに乗り上げて連結プレート30が回動し、スリットとピン4の係合が外れて連結が切り離される。無人搬送車1がさらに左方へ前進すると、ピン4が台車10bの連結プレートと係合して台車10bと連結するので、搬送作業の時間が短縮される。【選択図】図6
