PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control an air fuel ratio according to acceleration, and prevent asynchronous injection due to throttle opening change in shift-in operation.SOLUTION: An engine control device of an outboard engine includes a control unit configured to execute synchronous injection and asynchronous injection. The control unit is configured to determine whether to start acceleration from a change amount of a detection value of a throttle opening for each first predetermined time, and when it is determined to start acceleration, determine whether to execute asynchronous injection from a change amount of the detection value of the throttle opening for each second predetermined time set longer than the first predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】加速度合に応じて空燃比を適切に制御するとともに、シフトイン動作でのスロットル開度変化による非同期噴射を防止する。【解決手段】同期噴射と非同期噴射とを実施するコントロールユニットを備えた船外機のエンジン制御装置において、コントロールユニットは、第1の所定時間ごとのスロットル開度の検出値の変化量から加速開始か否かの判定を行い、加速開始と判定した場合には、第1の所定時間よりも長い値として設定された第2の所定時間ごとのスロットル開度の検出値の変化量から非同期噴射を実施するか否かを判定する。【選択図】図3
