PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front windshield airbag device which unfailingly prevents a collision of an occupant with front glass without shielding a front vision of an operator during normal time.SOLUTION: When collision detection means detects a collision of a vehicle 1, an inflator 20 generates a gas. An airbag body 21 is stored below windshield 10 of the vehicle 1 in a folded state and is expanded upward by the gas generated by the inflator 20 to expand into a plate-like shape along an inner surface of the windshield 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
