PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine vessel having a ramp way capable of being laid between a hull and the land in a wider range of height when the marine vessel comes alongside the quay or is beached, which can suppress a rise in the center of gravity of the marine vessel and maintain the stability of the marine vessel favorably; and to provide a cargo handling method using the marine vessel.SOLUTION: A marine vessel comprises: a vehicle deck 5 constituted by a fixed deck 5a and a tilting deck 5c connected to the fixed deck 5a via a deck hinge part 5b; and a tilting mechanism 6 to change an inclination angle θ1 of the tilting deck 5c with respect to the fixed deck 5a by rotating the tilting deck 5c around the deck hinge part 5b. A ramp way 8 is rotatably connected to the periphery of a ramp hinge part 7 disposed at one end part of the tilting deck 5c; and in accordance with the height of the land to which the ramp way 8 is laid, the inclination angle θ1 of the tilting deck 5c with respect to the fixed deck 5a is changed, the height of the ramp hinge part 7 is changed, and the ramp way 8 is laid to the land.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ランプウェイを備え、接岸またはビーチングして、ランプウェイを船体と陸地との間に架け渡す船舶において、ランプウェイを架け渡せる高さ範囲を広範囲とでき、しかも船舶の重心が高くなるのを抑制できて船舶の復原力を良好に維持できる船舶及び船舶を使用した荷役方法を提供する。【解決手段】車両甲板5を、固定甲板5aと、固定甲板5aに甲板ヒンジ部5bを介して接続された傾動甲板5cとで構成し、傾動甲板5cを甲板ヒンジ部5b周りに回動させて傾動甲板5cの固定甲板5aに対する傾斜角度θ1を変更する傾動機構6を設け、ランプウェイ8を傾動甲板5cの一端部に設けられたランプヒンジ部7の周りに回動可能に接続し、ランプウェイ8を架け渡す陸地の高さに対応して、傾動甲板5cの固定甲板5aに対する傾斜角度θ1を変更して、ランプヒンジ部7の高さを変更し、ランプウェイ8を陸地に架け渡す。【選択図】図3
