PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly inhibit vibration and abnormal noise resulting from a change in torque of an engine by using a dual mass flywheel.SOLUTION: A power transmission device for a hybrid vehicle Ve comprises: a power division mechanism 4 that uses an engine 1 and a first motor 2 and a second motor 3 as drive power sources and divides or combines the output torque of the engine 1 and the first motor 2; and a dual mass flywheel 10 composed of a primary wheel 10a mounted on a crank shaft 1a of the engine 1 and a secondary wheel 10b connected to the primary wheel 10a via a dumper mechanism 11 and an input shaft 4a of the power division mechanism 4. In the power transmission device, the primary wheel 10a is disposed at an end part of the input shaft 4a projecting outside the engine 1 from a case 22 of the power transmission device, and the secondary wheel 10b is mounted on a portion inside the case 22 and in the proximity of the power division mechanism 4 of the input shaft 4a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
