PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that inhibits an engagement pin from being excessively inserted in an interior material fixing structure of a vehicle which adjusts the insertion depth of the engagement pin to switch an interior material between a fixed state and a release state.SOLUTION: In an interior material fixing structure of a vehicle, an engagement pin (30) penetrating through an engagement member (20) fixes the engagement member (20) and an interior material (13) supporting the engagement member (20) to a vehicle body (12) and the engagement member (20) and the engagement pin (30) are covered by a lid body (40) from a vehicle chamber side. The lid body (40) has restriction parts (47, 47) which restrict movement of the engagement pin (30); and a contact part (43) which protrudes toward the engagement pin (30) to contact with a pin head part (31) of the engagement pin (30).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
