PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield pipe capable of combining attainment of a function required as a shield member with easiness of production and use, and a wire with the shield pipe.SOLUTION: A shield pipe 10 is metallic as a whole and comprises: metallic first portions 11a and 11b provided in a pipe end of the shield pipe and having a bellows shape; at least one metallic second portions 12a-12d which are provided in an intermediate part held between the first portions and which have a bellows shape; and metallic third portions 13a-13e constituting a portion excluding the second portions in the intermediate part. The shield pipe has a pipe shape in which the first portions, the second portions and the third portions are disposed according to a predetermined routing shape of a wire 16. The first portions can be bent by a small external force relatively to the second portions, and the second portions can be bent by a small external force relatively to the third portions and are capable of holding the shape by themselves after being bent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
