PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technique that makes it possible to execute deceleration guide giving consideration to a preceding vehicle with relatively early timing even if the preceding vehicle exists in a section from a target vehicle to a deceleration guiding point.SOLUTION: A determination part of a deceleration guiding system determines whether or not a preceding vehicle 2 may perform rapid deceleration before reaching a deceleration guiding point P, on the basis of a third relationship including a relationship among a location of the deceleration guiding point P, a location of the preceding vehicle 2 and velocity V2 of the preceding vehicle 2, when the preceding vehicle 2 exists. Then, the determination part determines whether or not to execute deceleration guide, on the basis of a second relationship including a relationship among a location of a rapid deceleration predictable point Q where occurrence of the rapid deceleration by the preceding vehicle 2 is predicted, a location of a target vehicle 1 and velocity V1 of the target vehicle 1, as substitute for a first relationship including a relationship among the location of the deceleration guiding point P, the location of the target vehicle 1 and the velocity V1 of the target vehicle 1, when it is determined that the preceding vehicle 2 may perform the rapid deceleration before reaching the deceleration guiding point P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】対象車両から減速案内地点までの区間内に前方車両が存在する場合でも、比較的早いタイミングで当該前方車両を考慮した減速案内を行うことが可能な技術を実現する。【解決手段】減速案内システムの判定部は、前方車両2が存在する場合に、減速案内地点Pの位置、前方車両2の位置、及び前方車両2の速度V2の間の関係を含む第三関係に基づき、前方車両2が減速案内地点Pに到達するまでの間に急減速を行う可能性の有無を判定する。そして、判定部は、前方車両2が減速案内地点Pに到達するまでの間に急減速を行う可能性があると判定した場合、減速案内地点Pの位置、対象車両1の位置、及び対象車両1の速度V1の間の関係を含む第一関係に代えて、前方車両2による急減速の発生が予想される急減速予想地点Qの位置、対象車両1の位置、及び対象車両1の速度V1の間の関係を含む第二関係に基づき、減速案内を行うか否かの判定を実行する。【選択図】図3
