PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool storage heat exchanger capable of improving a cool storage performance.SOLUTION: A cool storage heat exchanger comprises: multiple tubes 45; a cool storage material container 47 which is joined to the tubes 45 and in which a cool storage material is accommodated; and distribution tank parts 410 and 420 for distributing a refrigerant to the tubes 45. Refrigerant flow passages are formed within the tubes 45 and the distribution tank parts 410 and 420. Each of the tubes 45 includes: a cool storage material junction tube 451 in which the cool storage material container 47 is joined on one face; and a tube 45 in which air-side fins 46 are joined on both faces. Each of the distribution tank parts 410 and 420 includes a diaphragm plate 51 for reducing a flow passage cross-sectional area of the refrigerant flow passage in each of the distribution tank parts 410 and 420. The diaphragm plate 51 is provided at a downstream side of refrigerant flow of the cool storage material junction tube 451 in the refrigerant flow passage in such a manner that a refrigerant flow rate of the cool storage material junction tube 451 is increased among the multiple tubes 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】蓄冷性能を向上させることができる蓄冷熱交換器を提供する。【解決手段】複数のチューブ45と、チューブ45に接合されるとともに蓄冷材を収容する部屋を区画する蓄冷材容器47と、チューブ45への冷媒の分配を行う分配タンク部410、420とを備え、チューブ45および分配タンク部410、420内に冷媒流路が形成されており、チューブ45は、一方の面に蓄冷材容器47が接合されている蓄冷材接合チューブ451と、両方の面に空気側フィン46が接合されたチューブ45とを有している蓄冷熱交換器において、分配タンク部410、420は、当該分配タンク部410、420内の冷媒流路の流路断面積を縮小させる絞りプレート51を有しており、絞りプレート51は、冷媒流路における蓄冷材接合チューブ451の冷媒流れ下流側にあって、かつ、複数のチューブ45のうち蓄冷材接合チューブ451の冷媒流量が多くなるように設けられている。【選択図】図4
