PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque vectoring device which can suppress the unintentional relative rotation of left and right drive wheels.SOLUTION: A torque vectoring device 1 comprises: a driving motor 2; a differential mechanism 4 which is constituted of two planetary gear mechanisms 31, 32; a differential motor 5 for transmitting torque to either of a first reaction element 34 at one planetary gear mechanism 31 and a second reaction element 38 at the other planetary gear mechanism 32; an inversion mechanism 41 for inverting torque which acts on the first reaction element 34, and transmitting it to the second reaction element 38; and a rotating shaft 30 for connecting input elements 33, 37 at the planetary gear mechanisms 31, 32. The torque vectoring device also comprises a first rotating member 55 connected to an output shaft 53 of the differential motor 5, and a differential limit mechanism 59 which makes brake torque act on the output shaft 53 of the differential motor 5 by selectively friction-contacting with the first rotating member 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
