PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device protecting a power storage element and being capable of continuing operation of a transformation facility.SOLUTION: A power storage device comprises a power converter, a power storage element voltage detection section, a storage section, a hold section, and a charge/discharge control section. The power converter is connected between a power storage element and an overhead power line, is driven according to a control command, and generates a current or electric power for performing discharging from the power storage element to the overhead power line or charging from the overhead power line to the power storage element. The power storage element voltage detection section detects a voltage of the power storage element. Control information indicating a relation between the voltage of the power storage element and a narrowing-down coefficient for suppressing generation of the current or the electric power by the power converter is stored in the storage section. The hold section holds smaller one out of the narrowing-down coefficient held or an initial value and the narrowing-down coefficient generated on the basis of the voltage of the power storage element. The charge/discharge control section outputs the control command to the power converter based on a charging state of the power storage element, an overhead power line voltage detected from the overhead power line, and the narrowing-down coefficient stored in the hold section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】蓄電素子を保護して変電設備の運用を継続できる蓄電装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の蓄電装置は、変換器、蓄電素子電圧検出部、記憶部、ホールド部、充放電制御部を備える。変換器は蓄電素子と架線の間に接続され、制御指令に応じて駆動し、蓄電素子から架線への放電または架線から蓄電素子へ充電を行うための電流または電力を生成する。蓄電素子電圧検出部は蓄電素子の電圧を検出する。記憶部には蓄電素子の電圧と変換器による電流または電力の生成を抑制するための絞込係数との関係を示す制御情報が記憶されている。ホールド部は保持している絞込係数または初期値と、蓄電素子の電圧を基に生成した絞込係数のうちで小さい方を保持する。充放電制御部は蓄電素子の充電状態、架線から検出された架線電圧、およびホールド部に保持された絞込係数を基に、変換器に制御指令を出力する。【選択図】図1
