PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness winding device that enables miniaturization, weight saving and cost reduction, and a harness routing structure.SOLUTION: In a wiring harness winding device 5, a winding member 8 receives a rotational force of a rotary drive device to rotate so that a folded part 41 can be in the forefront, in synchronization with a motion of a drive belt 3. Thus, a plurality of wiring harnesses 4 led to the outside of the winding member 8 in such a manner as to surround a plurality of sliders 82 are wound around the winding member 8, and an extra length part is put into the state of being wound around a fixing member 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
