PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To streamline the recycling of on-vehicle secondary batteries formed by battery packs by raising the accuracy of estimating a degree of degradation of each battery pack without the need for measuring a temperature in a period during which the secondary batteries are left as they are.SOLUTION: A secondary battery recycling method comprises the steps of: (S200) estimating a degree of degradation of each on-vehicle secondary battery formed by a battery pack including a plurality of battery modules on the basis of use history information when the secondary battery is mounted on a vehicle, in which the battery pack is as it is; and (S210) sorting out the secondary batteries according to the estimated degree of degradation into one targeted for a determination step (P300) accompanying the disassembling into the plurality of battery modules and the post-disassembling property measurement on each battery module, or one targeted for recycling without the property measurement. The estimation of the degree of degradation is executed by using information including battery temperature distribution data in a whole period of time, including a period during which the secondary battery is used and a period during which the secondary battery is left as it is, provided that the information is obtained by interpolation estimation from battery temperature distribution data in a period of having used each secondary battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】二次電池の放置期間における温度測定を要することなく組電池毎の劣化度推定精度を高めることによって、組電池で構成される車載用二次電池の再利用を効率化する。【解決手段】複数の電池モジュールを含む組電池によって構成された車載用の二次電池は、車載時の使用履歴情報に基づいて、組電池の状態で劣化度が推定される(S200)。二次電池は、推定された劣化度に従って、複数の電池モジュールへの解体および解体後の各前記電池モジュールの特性測定を伴う判定工程(P300)の対象とするか、あるいは、特性測定を行うことなくリサイクル対象とするかが選別される(S210)。劣化度推定は、二次電池の使用期間における電池温度分布データからの補間推定によって得られた、二次電池の使用期間および放置期間を含む全期間における電池温度分布データを含む情報を用いて実行される。【選択図】図3
