PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat panel installable on an existing traffic light and capable of efficiently preventing snow accretion with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A pair of transparent plates 3a, 3b is arranged with a clearance between them, and connected to each other by a connection part 5. A clearance 11 is filled with oil 13. The oil 13 is silicon oil, for example. An electric wire 9 is laid in the clearance 11. The electric wire 9 is laid in a zigzag shape inside the clearance 11. A predetermined range (corresponding to the clearance 11) of the heat panel 1 can be evenly heated by distributing electricity to the electric wire 9 with power of 5 to 10 watts, for example. During heating, the oil 13 is heated by heat generated by the electric wire 9, and the entire surface of the heat panel 1 can be evenly heated in a short time due to effect associated with heat conduction of the oil 13 and effect associated with convection of the oil 13. As a result, snow adhering on the heat panel 1 can be melt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 既存の信号機に対して設置可能であり、簡易な構造で効率よく着雪を防止することが可能なヒートパネル等を提供する。【解決手段】 一対の透明板3a、3bは、隙間をあけて配置され、互いに接合部5で接合される。隙間11には、オイル13が封入される。オイル13は例えばシリコンオイルである。隙間11には、電線9が配置される。電線9は、隙間11の内部に蛇行するように配置される。電線9に対して、例えば5〜10ワット程度の電力で通電することで、ヒートパネル1の所定の範囲(隙間11に対応)を均一に加熱することができる。この際、電線9で生じた熱によって、オイル13が加熱され、オイル13の熱伝導による効果と、オイル13の対流による効果によって、短時間に均一にヒートパネル1の全面を加熱することができる。この結果、ヒートパネル1に付着する雪を融かすことができる。【選択図】図1
