PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative route information service system which individually notifies each vehicle of an alternative route individually formulated according to the vehicle, and identifies the alternative route which each vehicle travels.SOLUTION: An alternative route information service system provides a vehicle equipped with an ETC on-board device with alternative route information. A roadside facility is installed on the roadside of a road, and receives information of a vehicle from the vehicle passing near the roadside facility. A fee central server comprises: an alternative route formulation unit which formulates a normal route determined based on a departure place of the vehicle and a destination, and one, two or more alternative routes corresponding to the normal route; a toll determination unit which determines a toll of the alternative route for the vehicle on the basis of the information of the vehicle; and a discount charge determination unit which determines a discount charge when the vehicle travels on the alternative route. A driver information management server notifies the vehicle of the determined discount charge and the formulated alternative route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
