PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly determine erroneous clutch fastening in a vehicle in which a continuously variable transmission connected to an electric motor through a clutch is operated by hydraulic pressure of an electric motor-driven oil pump.SOLUTION: An erroneous clutch fastening determination device of a vehicle including an electric motor 2 as a vehicle driving source, an oil pump 50 connected to the electric motor 2, a continuously variable transmission 3 using hydraulic pressure from the oil pump 50, a clutch 7 interposed between the electric motor 2 and the continuously variable transmission 3, and vehicle control means 10 for controlling the clutch 7 for complete engagement, slip engagement, or release, and controlling the electric motor 2 so as to rotate at a target rotation speed which is a lower limit rotation speed or more, includes temporary abnormality determination means 32 for determining whether or not a condition that there is no input/output rotational speed difference in the clutch 7 (temporary abnormality determination condition) has been established when a permission condition is established, and abnormality finalization means 33 that when the temporary abnormality determination condition has been established, determines whether or not a condition that the rotation speed of the electric motor 2 is lower than the lower limit rotation speed (abnormality finalization condition) has been established, and finalizes an erroneous fastening state of the clutch 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】クラッチを介して電動モータに連結された無段変速機が電動モータ駆動のオイルポンプの油圧で作動する車両において、速やかにクラッチの誤締結を判定する。【解決手段】車両駆動源の電動モータ2と、電動モータ2に連結されたオイルポンプ50と、オイルポンプ50からの油圧を用いる無段変速機3と、電動モータ2と無段変速機3との間に介装されたクラッチ7と、クラッチ7を完全係合,スリップ係合,又は解放に制御し、電動モータ2を下限回転速度以上の目標回転速度で回転するように制御する車両制御手段10と、を有し、許可条件が成立したら、クラッチ7に入出力回転速度差がないこと(異常仮判定条件)が成立したかを判定する異常仮判定手段32と、異常仮判定条件が成立したら、電動モータ2の回転速度が下限回転速度よりも低いこと(異常確定条件)が成立したかを判定し、クラッチ7の誤締結状態を確定する異常確定手段33とを有する。【選択図】図1
