PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring structure for a vehicle capable of securely exhibiting high water prevention performance without requiring special water cut off agents, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is the wiring structure comprising: an electronic apparatus 2 for onboard; and an electric wire 4 for signals connected to the electronic apparatus 2 for onboard and also arranged at a position lower than that. The electric wire 4 for signals includes: a core wire 10 composed with a plurality of mutually twisted element wires 12, 14; and an insulation covering 20. The insulation covering 20 includes: an ordinary part 22 binding the element wires 12, 14 in a state where the element wires 12 14 are twisted so as to be mutually adhered; and a swollen part 24 swollen more externally than the ordinal part 22. A gap larger than the ordinary part 22 is formed between the element wires 12, 14 at the inside of the swollen part 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】特別な止水剤を要することなく確実に高い防水性能を発揮することが可能な車両用配線構造及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】配線構造は、車載用電子機器2と、当該車載用電子機器2に接続されかつそれよりも下側の位置に配索される信号用電線4と、を備える。信号用電線4は、互いに撚り合された複数の素線12,14により構成される芯線10と、絶縁被覆20と、を有する。絶縁被覆20は、素線12,14同士が互いに密着するように撚り合された状態で当該素線12,14を拘束する通常部分22と、前記通常部分22よりも外向きに膨出する膨出部24と、を有する。膨出部24の内側では、素線12,14同士の間に通常部分22に比べて大きな隙間が形成されている。【選択図】図1
