PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of quickly starting rescue work of a passenger confined inside a car even when a wide-area disaster occurs to cause a state in which a radio communication network cannot be used.SOLUTION: This confinement rescue support system 1 of an elevator 2 includes a rescue support information control circuit part 11 for controlling a notification operation of information by a landing notification device 91. When a passenger is determined to have been confined within the elevator 2, the rescue support information control circuit part 11 controls the landing notification device 91 to perform notification control of first information to notify the occurrence of confinement. After that, the rescue support information control circuit part 11 controls the landing notification device 91 installed on a prescribed landing to perform notification control of second information to support passenger rescue work in the case that a door of the prescribed landing is determined to have been opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】広域的な災害が発生して無線通信網が使用できない状況が発生しても、乗りかご内に閉じ込められた乗客の救出作業を速やかに開始することが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の昇降機2の閉じ込め救出支援システム1は、乗場報知装置91による情報の報知動作を制御する救出支援情報制御回路部11を備える。そして、救出支援情報制御回路部11は、昇降機2内に乗客が閉じ込められていると判定された場合には、乗場報知装置91を制御して、閉じ込め発生を報知するための第1の情報の報知制御を行う。その後、救出支援情報制御回路部11は、所定の乗場のドアが開放されたと判定した場合には、該所定の乗場に設置された乗場報知装置91を制御して、乗客の救出作業を支援するための第2の情報の報知制御を行う。【選択図】図3
