PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress catching of an end edge of a metal plate in an automobile interior plate by a clothing of an operator or another device.SOLUTION: An encapsulation part 11 is provided on a peripheral edge part of a hollow plate 10 so that an internal space of a cell S is not exposed to the exterior of the hollow plate 10. The encapsulation part 11 is formed in such a manner that the peripheral edge part of the hollow plate 10 is compressed to an inner side (left side in Figs. 1(b) and (c)) while being heated. A metal plate 50 is joined to a top face of the hollow plate 10, and a metal plate 60 is joined to an underside thereof. An end edge 50a of the metal plate 50 and an end edge 60a of the metal plate 60 are positioned on an inner side with respect an end edge of the hollow plate 10, namely, an apical surface 11a of the encapsulation part 11 in a surface direction of an automobile interior plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自動車用内装板材における金属板の端縁が作業者の衣服や他の装置に引っ掛かることを抑制する。【解決手段】中空板材10の周縁部には、セルSの内部空間が当該中空板材10の外部に露出しないように封止する封止部11が設けられている。この封止部11は、中空板材10の周縁部を内側(図1(b)及び(c)においては左側)に加熱しつつ圧縮することにより形成されている。中空板材10の上面には金属板50が接合され、下面には金属板60が接合されている。金属板50の端縁50a及び金属板60の端縁60aは、自動車用内装板材の面方向において、中空板材10の端縁、すなわち封止部11の先端面11aよりも内側に位置している。【選択図】図1
