PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a load even when abnormality occurs on a control circuit, without comprising a load driving element as a preliminary element.SOLUTION: When occurrence of abnormality on at least one of a control circuit 40 and a power source circuit 30 is detected by abnormality detection units 72 and 76, and at least one of a command for instructing to drive a first load 10, and a command for instructing to drive a second load 11, is input, a fail-safe circuit 70 controls a first driving element 20 and a second driving element 21 so as to drive the first load 10 and the second load 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
