PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration detection device capable of detecting a state of respiration of a driver accurately without a sensor mounted on the driver.SOLUTION: A detection belt 13 including one edge connected to a seat belt 11 and the other edge attached on a vehicle or driver's seat is arranged. A sensor 12 detecting movement of respiration of a driver is held by the detection belt 13 at a position of an abdomen of the driver. The movement of respiration of the driver appears in an abdomen larger than in a shoulder, chest, or waist. In addition, the abdomen is softer than the shoulder, chest, or waist, thereby movement of a body due to a driving operation more hardly appears than in the shoulder, chest, or waist. Thus, such configuration enables a state of respiration of the driver to be accurately detected without receiving influence of the driving operation. Additionally, since the detection belt 13 is mounted when the seat belt 11 is mounted and the sensor 12 is held at the position of the abdomen of the driver, no labor for the driver to mount the sensor 12 is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】運転者がセンサーを装着しなくても、運転者の呼吸の状態を精度良く検出可能とする呼吸検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】一端側がシートベルト11に接続され、他端側が車両または運転席に取り付けられた検出用ベルト13を設け、運転者の呼吸の動きを検出するセンサー12が、検出用ベルト13によって運転者の腹部の位置に保持されるようにする。腹部は、肩部や胸部や腰部よりも、運転者の呼吸の動きが大きく現れる。加えて、腹部は肩部や胸部や腰部よりも柔らかいので、運転操作による体の動きが、肩部や胸部や腰部よりも現れにくい。このため、こうすることで、運転操作による影響を受けることなく、運転者の呼吸の状態を精度良く検出することができる。加えて、シートベルト11を装着すれば、検出用ベルト13が装着され、センサー12が運転者の腹部の位置に保持されるので、運転者がセンサー12を装着する手間も生じない。【選択図】図1
