The gear motor 14 includes: an orthogonal shaft speed reduction mechanism 20 coupled to an output shaft 17 of the motor 16; and a parallel shaft speed reduction mechanism 30 provided in a subsequent stage of the orthogonal shaft speed reduction mechanism 20.
