PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition that has excellent workability as a rubber composition and can give a rubber crosslinked product having excellently low heat build-up properties.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a rubber composition comprising a cyclic olefin ring-opening polymer (A) having an oxysilyl group at a polymer chain terminal, an isocyanate group-containing silane coupling agent (B), and carbon black (C). The rubber composition may further comprise a crosslinking agent. The present invention also provides a rubber crosslinked product obtained by cross-linking the rubber composition, and a tire.SELECTED DRAWING: None
