PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate, as far as possible, danger that is caused when a passer-by other than a bicycle, especially, an infant erroneously steps on a wheel guide part or the like.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking lock device 1 comprises: a guide frame body 10, a wheel guide mechanism 20, and an arm movable mechanism 30. A guide frame body has a pair of guide plates 31L, 31R facing each other at an interval between them in a right and left direction. The wheel guide mechanism has a wheel guide 21 and a guide support shaft 22, and inclines the wheel guide around the guide support shaft from a bicycle non-parking position to a bicycle parking position by means of weight received from a wheel W. The arm movable mechanism has a pair of lock arms 31L, 31R, and a pair of arm support shafts 32L, 32R. The lock arms have: pressed parts 311L, 311R that turn the lock arms around the corresponding arm support shafts when the wheel guide inclines; and hook parts 312L, 312R projecting inward from the respective outsides of the corresponding guide plates.     【課題】自転車以外の通行人、特に幼児などが誤って車輪ガイド部などを踏みつけたときの危険を極力排除する。【解決手段】駐輪ロック装置1は、ガイド枠体10と、車輪ガイド機構20と、アーム可動機構30とを具備する。ガイド枠体は、左右方向に間隔をおいて対向する一対のガイド板31L,31Rを有する。車輪ガイド機構は、車輪ガイド21と、ガイド支軸22とを有し、車輪Wから受ける重量で車輪ガイドを非駐輪位置から駐輪位置へガイド支軸のまわりに傾動させる。アーム可動機構は、一対のロックアーム31L,31Rと、一対のアーム支軸32L,32Rとを有する。ロックアームは、車輪ガイドの傾動時にロックアームをアーム支軸のまわりに回動させる被押圧部311L,311Rと、ロックアームの回動によりガイド板の外側から内側に向かって突出する鉤部312L,312Rとを有する。一対の鉤部は、前後方向に間隔をあけて配置される。【選択図】図4
