PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a proper charge/discharge control of a lithium ion battery mounted on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A lithium ion battery charge/discharge control apparatus that controls charge and discharge of a lithium ion battery (3) for activating an engine starter (1), comprises: a voltage sensor (SN1) that detects a voltage of the lithium ion battery; a current sensor (SN2) that detects a current of the lithium ion battery; and a control part (30) that controls the charge and discharge of the lithium ion battery. The control part (30) calculates a capacity deterioration rate in positive and negative electrodes of the lithium ion battery on the basis of a detection value of the voltage sensor and the current sensor at an elapsed time of a first time from the activation of the engine starter, and the detection value of the voltage sensor and the current sensor at an elapsed time of a second time longer than the first time, and restricts the charge and discharge of the lithium ion battery on the basis of a comparison result of the capacity deterioration rate of the positive and negative electrodes with a determination reference value of the positive and negative electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両に搭載されたリチウムイオン電池の適切な充放電制御を実現する。【解決手段】エンジンスタータ(1)を始動させるリチウムイオン電池(3)の充放電を制御するリチウムイオン電池充放電制御装置は、リチウムイオン電池の電圧を検出する電圧センサ(SN1)と、リチウムイオン電池の電流を検出する電流センサ(SN2)と、リチウムイオン電池の充放電を制御する制御部(30)とを備える。制御部(30)は、エンジンスタータが始動してから第1の時間経過時の電圧センサ及び電流センサの検出値並びに第1の時間よりも長い第2の時間経過時の電圧センサ及び電流センサの検出値に基づいてリチウムイオン電池の正極及び負極のそれぞれの容量劣化速度を算出し、正極及び負極の各容量劣化速度と正極及び負極の各判定基準値との比較結果に基づいてリチウムイオン電池の充放電を制限する。【選択図】図2
