PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow filling work of a hydrogen gas to be continued even when cooling of the hydrogen gas is stopped when abnormality occurs in equipment including a cooler and a flexible hose.SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not equipment including a gas supply path 4 (for example, a filling hose 5) and a cooler 10 operates normally, and is not in an abnormal state. Then, when abnormality is detected in the equipment, while the operation of, for example, the cooler 10 is stopped, a hydrogen gas is filled in a fuel tank 24 of a vehicle 23 without cooling the hydrogen gas. Thus, a control device 21 can perform supply control of the hydrogen gas to the fuel tank 24 with an allowable pressure (for example, 35 MPa) during non-cooling time stored in a memory 21A being an upper limit, when abnormality is detected in the equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 冷却器、可撓性のホースを含む機器の異常時には水素ガスの冷却を中止しても、水素ガスの充填作業を続けることができるようにする。【解決手段】 ガス供給経路4(例えば、充填ホース5)、冷却器10を含む機器が正常に動作し、異常状態とはなっていないか否かを判定する。そして、機器の異常を検出したときには、例えば冷却器10の運転を停止させたままで、水素ガスを冷却することなく車両23の燃料タンク24に水素ガスの充填を行うようにする。このため、制御装置21は、機器の異常検出時に、メモリ21Aに記憶された非冷却時の許容圧力(例えば、35MPa)を上限とした燃料タンク24への水素ガスの供給制御を行なうことができる。【選択図】 図1
