PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a unit swing type internal combustion engine, capable of hardly receiving influences from a ground surface while securing the banking angle of a vehicle, by suppressing its protrusion to the lower side of the vehicle.SOLUTION: In the cooling device for the unit swing type internal combustion engine, a first rotary shaft 111, a second rotary shaft 112, and a third rotary shaft 113 with their axis lines 111C, 112C, 113C oriented in the vertical direction of the vehicle are supported by a fan cover 61, and a power transmission mechanism 105 connected to the upper parts of the first rotary shaft 111, the second rotary shaft 112, and the third rotary shaft 113 is provided above a cooling air inlet 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
