PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting tool which does not change a mounting position of an electrical component even when coming into contact with an occupant or the like, and has a simple mounting structure.SOLUTION: A mounting tool 1 mounts an on-vehicle electrical component to a windshield or the like of a vehicle. The mounting tool 1 comprises a vehicle side mounting part 20 and an electrical component side mounting part 10. The vehicle side mounting part 20 has a rail receiver 23 extending in a first direction and an elastic part 30. The elastic part 30 has a bent part 33 for generating a first pressing force in the first direction, and a suspended part 32 for generating a second pressing force in a second direction different from the first direction. The electrical component side mounting part 10 has a rail 16 extending in the first direction, and the vehicle side mounting part 20 has a first receiving part 21b for receiving at least a part of a pressing force of a first pressing part, and a second receiving part 22aa for receiving at least a part of a pressing force of a second pressing part.
