PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic braking device having an orifice, in which plugging of a flow path or extreme flow rate reduction does not occur with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The hydraulic braking device comprises: a housing provided between a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder and comprising a main conduit which becomes a flow path of a brake fluid; a reservoir provided in the housing and for storing the brake fluid; a pump for discharging the brake fluid pumped from the reservoir to the master cylinder side; and a throttle component 1 provided in the main conduit. In the throttle component 1, there are formed a column-like columnar part 11 partitioning the main conduit into an upstream side and a downstream side, a first flow path 12 provided in the columnar part 11 and having a throttle, one or two or more projection parts 13 projecting from the columnar part 11 on the upstream side of the first flow path 12, and a second flow path formed between the projection part 13 and the main conduit or between the projection parts 13 and capable of maintaining a communication state between the upstream side and the downstream side even when a part thereof is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】簡易な構成にて流路の閉塞又は極端な流量低下をすることのないオリフィスを有する液圧制動装置を提供すること【解決手段】マスタシリンダとホイールシリンダとの間に配設され、ブレーキ液の流路となる主管路が設けられるハウジングと、ハウジング内に配設され、ブレーキ液を貯留するリザーバと、リザーバから汲み上げたブレーキ液をマスタシリンダ側へと吐出するポンプと、主管路内に配設される絞り構成部材1と、を有し、絞り構成部材1は、主管路を上流側と下流側とに区画する柱状の柱状部11と、柱状部11に設けられ、絞りを有する第1流路12と、第1流路12よりも上流側に、前記柱状部11から突出する1又は2以上の突起部13と、突起部13と主管路との間又は前記突起部13同士の間に形成され、一部が閉塞されても上流側と下流側との連通状態を保つことが可能な第2流路が形成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
