PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successfully absorb noise of a railroad vehicle while curbing increases in the number of components and man-hours for assembling the railroad vehicle without reducing a passenger compartment space in a railroad vehicle body.SOLUTION: In a railroad vehicle body which has an underframe, a side body structure and a roof body structure, at least one of the underframe, the side body structure and the roof body structure has an outer plate section facing an outside of the railway vehicle body and a reinforcement section which is connected to an inner face of the outer plate section and forms at least one inner space between the same and the outer plate section.
